Lots of love, Tirana

A great way to start the week is having a peek at the BowBlog. Today, Steve gives us a vignette that takes me back to my early years when you did write in to the strangest things for the simple, childlike reason that you just... um... wanted to. (These days you'd send an email, no doubt). As a regular listener to Radio Tirana, he decided to write to them:

Not only did my letter get to Tirana (the address was pretty simple: Radio Tirana, Albania) but I got a gorgeous reply in a massive dun envelope of such crude construction it had practically dissolved in transit. I wish I could remember what was in it...

In fact, this tale is the prologue to a link to North Korea's first official website. How ethical is it to link to totalitarian regimes? If you think the link should, go, do say. Until then...
